1. Who you are contracting with

Kirabaki ("Kirabaki", "we", "us") is a salary-cycle budgeting service operated by Maya Trade Ventures ("Maya Trade Ventures"), trading as Kirabaki. When you create an account or subscribe to a paid plan, you enter into an agreement with Maya Trade Ventures on these terms.

2. Acceptance

By creating an account, accessing or continuing to use Kirabaki, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the service. If you use Kirabaki on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you have authority to bind it. If you use Kirabaki as an individual, you confirm you are of legal age in your country.

3. What Kirabaki does

Kirabaki helps you track your salary cycle, record recurring commitments and bills, and estimate how much money is safe to spend before your next payday. Kirabaki does not connect to your bank, does not move money, and does not provide financial, investment, legal or tax advice. All figures — including Safe to Spend, daily guides, reserves, purchase checks and stress tests — are estimates based on the information you enter, and decisions you make from them are your own responsibility.

4. Your account

• You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.
• Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.

5. Acceptable use

You must not:

• use Kirabaki for any unlawful purpose, or in breach of applicable laws or regulations;
• commit or facilitate fraud, send spam, or impersonate any person or entity;
• infringe the intellectual property or privacy rights of anyone else;
• interfere with the security or integrity of the service — including introducing malware, probing or scanning, bypassing rate limits or access controls, or scraping the service;
• reverse engineer, resell, redistribute or sublicense the service or circumvent plan limits.

6. Licence and intellectual property

Maya Trade Ventures retains all ownership and intellectual property rights in Kirabaki, including its software, design, documentation and branding. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use Kirabaki within the plan you have selected. You keep ownership of the data you enter, and you grant us a limited licence to host and process it solely to provide the service to you.

7. Plans, payment and billing

Kirabaki offers a free plan and paid Plus and Pro plans, billed monthly or yearly in Malaysian ringgit by Maya Trade Ventures. Card payments are collected and processed by CHIP (Chip In Sdn Bhd), our Malaysian payment provider; we never store your card details.

By subscribing you authorise us to charge the card you used for each renewal until you cancel. Subscriptions renew automatically for the same period until cancelled. If a renewal payment fails we retry for up to 3 days before moving you to the free plan. If you cancel, you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for. 8. Availability

We work to keep Kirabaki available and accurate, but we do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free, or that calculations will be free of defects. Features may change, and maintenance or third-party outages may cause downtime.

9. Warranties and liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kirabaki is provided "as is" and we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We are not liable for indirect, consequential or special losses, including loss of profits, savings, data or goodwill. Our total aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

10. Your indemnity

You agree to indemnify Maya Trade Ventures against claims, losses and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful use of Kirabaki, the content you submit, or your breach of these Terms.

11. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially breach these Terms, fail to pay for a paid plan, create a security or fraud risk, or repeatedly or seriously violate our acceptable use rules. Where reasonable and lawful, we will notify you first and give you a chance to fix the problem. You may stop using Kirabaki and delete your data at any time from Settings. After termination you may export your data for 30 days, after which it may be deleted.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as the service evolves. Material changes will be notified in the app or by email, and continued use after the change takes effect means you accept the updated Terms.

13. General

These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and the courts of Malaysia have jurisdiction over any dispute, without limiting any mandatory consumer rights you have where you live. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of assets. Neither party is liable for delays caused by events beyond its reasonable control. If any provision is unenforceable, the remainder continues in effect.
